      I John Cumberpatch of Kingsthorpe in the County of Northampton yeoman do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) I give and devise ^and bequeath^ unto my dear Wife Phillis her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns All and every my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever. And also all and singular my Goods Chattels Effects ready money Securities for Money and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever after and subject to the payment of my debts and Funeral Expences. And I do make constitute and appoint my said wife Phillis sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me at any Time heretofore made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Fifth day of November in the year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred and ninety one.
