Notes - When George was baptised his Grandmother Anty Brophy was named as a Sponsor.
Paul Brennan, a very rare name, is sponsor to the baptism of George Brennan. We believe this Paul to be the son of Michael 'lag' Brennan. This Paul Brennan of 'Moonteen' married Winifred Byrne 5 November 1875 and died 6th June 1882. His father was Michael Brennan, Farmer. - George Brennan was a witness to his brother Peter Brennan's marriage to Annie Nolan 8th Aug 1900, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire, England.
