Notes - In the name of God Amen the Seventh day of March In the Eighteenth yeare of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the Second by the Grace of God King of England Scotland France & Ireland defender of the Faith etc aq dni 1665 I William Comberbach of the p[ar]ish of St Andrews Holborn Citizen & Arrmourer of London being in p[er]fect health & of sound & p[er]fect mind & memory praised be God for the same Doe make & declare this my last Will and Testam[en]t in manner forme following that is to say, My Spirit I com[m]it to God through Jesus Christ my most merciful Redeemer And my Body I com[m]it to the Earth to be decently buried according to the discrecon of my Executrix herein after named And for my worldly Estate I dispose thereof as followeth In primis I give & bequeath unto my Loving Mother Jane Comberbach Twenty Shillings to buy her a Ring to wear in the Remembrance of mee. Itm I give unto my Sister Dorothy the wife of John Laurence of Broughton Two Shillings & six pence to buy her a Pair of Gloves, Itm whereas one Thomas Dorcely is indebted unto mee in the sum of Eighteen Pounds I doe give & bequeath Five pounds of the said Eighteen pounds to my sonn in Law John Bull if the same debt shall be recovered by my Executrix To be paid unto him comeing in p[er]son w[i]thin One Month after it shalbe rec[overe]d. Itm all the Rest & residue of my Ready money Plate Rings Pewter Brass & other household stuff Goods & Chattels both reale p[er]sonal whatsoev[er] not herein before given or bequeathed I give & bequeath the same & any p[ar]te thereof unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Comberbach And doe make her the said Elizabeth full and sole Executrix of this my Last Will & Testam[en]t And I Doe hereby Revoak all form[e]r Wills & Testam[en]ts & publish this to by & my very & last Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale The day & yeare above written.
